children's ministry

We take the privilege and responsibility of teaching children the word of God seriously, so that they can know and understand the God of the word. All of our children's workers are background checked for the protection of our children.

Sunday School: We have energetic, loving, and knowledgeable Sunday school teachers who teach our children on Sundays at 10:00 am.

Nursery: We have two nurseries (infant and toddler) for our Sunday morning services at 11:00 am. When our Bible studies are in session, we have a babysitter available to be with the children, so parents can attend their respective studies.

Children's Church: We have children's church for children aged five years old through fifth grade. Though we take time to teach our children specifically, we also value our children participating in our worship service. On Sunday mornings, our children take part in our worship service before we pray for them and dismiss them to their children's church.

FOCUS: We have a Bible memory and training time for our children during the week. We meet on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm during the school year, while our adults gather for Bible study.

Vacation Bible School: June 4–7, 2018.

Jr Camp: June 19–22, 2018.

nursery policies

  • Infant nursery is for babies up to the age of two.
  • Toddler nursery is for children ages two through five.
  • Children's church is available for kids who are five, or in kindergarten, through fifth grade.
  • Toddler children will be given a snack and water while in the nursery. Please let us know if there are any food allergies or restrictions.
  • Every volunteer for our nursery has been background checked. This is so you can trust we have done our due diligence in protecting our children.
  • For the safety of our children, only scheduled nursery workers are allowed inside of our nurseries. If you wish to pick your child up during the service, you will need to pick them up and leave the nursery area, rather than lingering in the nursery with them.
  • If your child becomes upset and we cannot calm them down, we will then ask you to come assist.
  • Children are given a sticker upon check in, and parents are given one as well. Parents do not have to wear their sticker but do need to hold on to it. This is to be turned in at the end of the service to pick up your child. Only someone with a sticker can retrieve their child.
